Imagination is part of play. As a voice actor on any given day I can be whoever I want to be or whomever I need to be for a client's product.
Sometimes, I'm the mom thrilled with her new refrigerator, or the docent at a museum.
Maybe I'm the voice for a cruise line or a line of famous women's cosmetics - or maybe I'm the voice of the narrator who takes the stance of the predator in the hunt.
It's all Play-acting - for real!
Bio:
Born in Elgin, Illinois and moved to Bronx, New York when she was two years old. At age four she was introduced to the performing arts with tap dancing at the Fred Astaire Dance Studios.
Subsequently she continued to study dance in its various forms through the New York Academy of Ballet, The National Ballet of Canada Summer School and at Adelphi University as a Dance Major. Never having performed professionally, the discipline of the dance has proved highly beneficial over the years and continues to be so.
Though her early focus was on dance, from early childhood she harbored a distinct interest in the written word and radio. She was able to realize that interest from 1978 to 1998.
Retired, she is returning once again to the broadcast industry as a voice talent.and co-host or Just Minding My Business Media.
